STONE
- One of the most painfull disease is kidney stone.
- Kidney stones can form when substances in the urine such as calcium, oxalate, and phosphorus become highly concentrated.
- The body uses food for energy and tissue repair. After the body uses what it needs, waste products in the bloodstream are carried to the kidneys and excreted as urine.
- There are 4 types of kidney stones:
- Calcium Stones – Most common type of kidney stone formed by high in calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate.
- Uric acid Stone – This stone is mostly occured by rich in purines – substance found in animal protein such as meats, fish and shellfish which may increase uric acid in urine.
- Struvite Stone – This kind of stones will occure occassionally, this will form through high intake of seafood.
- Cystine Stone – This stone may occure due to genetic disorder
SYMPTOMS
- Pain starts from the wist down towards hip then to external genitalia.
- Meanwhile, severe pain in the abdomen occurs if stone move towards ureter.
- Can't lie in one place due to horrible pain.
- Scratches in ureter causes blood in urine.
- When you urinate it smells and feel burning in sensational area.
- Feeling like you need to urinate even urine not comes.
INFECTION CAUSED BY KIDNEY STONE
- When stone formed in kidney it block ureter so, there is no way to pass waste product this will cause bacteria.
- Diarrhoea.
- Nausea and Vomiting.
- Bad smell in urine.
- Pain when you urinate.
- Need to urinate more often then usual.
COMMON HABBITS THAT DAMAGES KIDNEY
- Not to empty your bladder in the morning.
- Not drinking enough water.
- Taking lot of salt.
- Taking too much of meat.
- Intake of too much of drugs and alcohol.
